Some projects mark a moment, while others define a career. For me, the Volkswagen UP! Project was definitely the latter. Being part of the development of such an iconic vehicle, from concept to production, has been the highlight of my professional journey.

From the very first briefing, when the UP! was still just an ambitious idea, combining efficiency, intelligent design, and affordability, we knew we were creating more than just a car. We were shaping a new market segment.

I was involved in every stage of the process, from the initial pulse in the supply chain to the final manufacturing calibration at the Volkswagen Taubaté plant. Every challenge, every negotiation, and every long night of work was an opportunity to learn and grow.

Fueled by coffee and conviction, our team turned ambition into achievement. What made this project unforgettable wasn’t just the car itself, but the collaboration and resilience of a team united by purpose. Seeing the UP! roll off the production line and into people’s daily lives was the ultimate reward.
