AI agents in Customer Success can streamline documentation by automatically capturing key insights from customer interactions and updating knowledge bases with accurate, easy-to-find content. They can analyze large sets of customer data to identify trends, summarize findings, and prepare structured updates. For monthly reporting, AI agents can consolidate information from different systems, highlight KPIs, and generate clear, visual summaries for stakeholders. They can also detect patterns in customer behavior and provide predictive insights for future planning. By automating repetitive tasks, they ensure consistency and save time for Customer Success teams. AI-driven documentation ensures information stays current, while reporting becomes more proactive and insight-driven. This enables teams to focus on strategy and relationship building instead of manual reporting work.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor/Master of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Project description
This thesis aims to explore use cases for implementing AI agent that can maintain and improve documentation, knowledge base and help creating monthly reports for customers. The work will involve exploring how to implement integrations towards systems that are used in Customer success without access to outside of environment.

- In what ways can AI agents support the creation of monthly reports?
- What value do AI agents bring by identifying trends and predictive insights in customer data?
- How do AI agents help Customer Success teams shift focus from manual tasks to strategic activities?
