Full-Stack Developer, Frontend Focus
We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer who is eager to combine technical excellence with creativity in the development of our clients’ digital products.

You will work in cross-functional teams, developing web applications with a strong focus on front-end technologies. Our tech stack includes React, Node.js, Java/.NET, as well as cloud services such as AWS and Azure. As a Full-Stack Developer, you will work across the entire technology stack - from backend to frontend - contributing to the creation of scalable, high-quality solutions with an excellent user experience.
As a consultant with us, you will be involved in a variety of assignments, ranging from rapid prototyping to long-term product development in complex system environments. You will also have the opportunity to influence both your own role and the way we develop our working methods and technical solutions.
You will be working within our Hardware & Design business area, where we combine broad engineering expertise with deep specialist knowledge and a user-centered approach – to develop physical products and digital experiences all the way from concept to large-scale production.
You will primarily work with large enterprise clients in the automotive, defense, and financial industries. We also engage in projects within medtech, as well as with small and medium-sized businesses.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Work with modern technologies and develop alongside experienced developers and designers
Contribute to architectural and technical decisions and help shape our technical platforms
Develop full-stack solutions with a focus on quality, performance, and scalability
Work with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue, as well as backend technologies like Node.js and Java
Create user-centered digital products in close collaboration with designers and product owners
Deliver solutions that provide both customer value and business impact
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based solutions within AWS or Azure
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you are a curious and solution-oriented developer who enjoys taking ownership and driving work forward. You have a genuine passion for technology and thrive in collaborative environments, working with others to create solutions that make a meaningful impact for users and clients. In addition to your personal qualities, you should have:
Experience in frontend development using React, Angular, Vue, or similar frameworks
Experience in backend development with technologies such as Node.js, Java, .NET, or similar
Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Familiarity with CI/CD, test-driven development, and version control using Git
Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
Nice to Have
Experience with Next.js and Headless CMS
Experience in developing mobile applications for Android and iOS, or Progressive Web Apps (PWAs)
Knowledge of programming languages such as Golang, Kotlin, or Rust
Experience working within large organizations and complex system environments

Practical Information
This is a permanent position with a six-month probationary period. Our office is located in Solna, but we embrace flexible working conditions with a hybrid model. Start date is as soon as possible or by agreement.
