How would you describe your role and daily work at Knightec Group?

As a Design Manager at Knightec Group, I work with problem-solving, product development, and digitalization across various industries and clients. My role includes client relations, team leadership, and strategic development, ensuring that our projects and team deliver high-quality results.

How have you grown in your role since joining?

I've developed both technically and professionally—deepening my expertise in new methods and technologies while taking on greater responsibilities in projects and client relationships.

I started at Knightec Group four years ago as a UX/UI designer. Since then, I've expanded my design expertise and taken on larger project responsibilities. Today, as a Design Manager, I lead projects and coach and support my colleagues in their development.

What's the best part of working as an engineering consultant?

The variety, growth opportunities, and innovation focus. I get to work with different clients, industries, and technologies, making my career dynamic and educational. The ability to influence project choices and work with cutting-edge technology makes consulting challenging and inspiring.
