Hung Nguyen works as a consultant within validation, one of the most prioritized competence areas within Compliance & Management and a key focus for our continued growth. Operating in the Life Science industry, Hung contributes to assignments in regulated environments where quality, compliance and collaboration are essential. In his role as Advisor he combines a solution-oriented mindset with leadership responsibility and a strong commitment to supporting both clients and colleagues.

Your most memorable project so far?

My first assignment with leadership responsibility, where I coordinated a team of Knightec Group consultants to deliver according to the client’s expectations. It challenged me to balance communication, resources, and time, while also giving me the freedom to shape and work toward a solution I had proposed. The role also allowed me to coach and support my colleagues, giving me the opportunity to share what I’ve learned as a consultant so others could benefit from it as well.

Advice for aspiring engineering consultants?

Remember that our clients are people, each with their own challenges and frustrations. Our role is to support them and contribute with our knowledge, which means being service-minded. Even if an assignment doesn’t perfectly match your personal preferences, every assignment is an opportunity to help others. Through that mindset, we grow both as consultants and as individuals.
