What makes working at Knightec Group unique?
I appreciate our balance between individual growth and team spirit. Every employee has a voice and the opportunity to take ownership of their development, supported by both leaders and colleagues. There’s also a strong culture of listening, openness to new ideas, and space to take initiative.
Your most memorable project so far?
A standout experience was a major team delivery for one of our largest clients—challenging at times, but incredibly rewarding thanks to the talented and driven colleagues I worked with.
Internally, I’ve contributed to our accelerator program for new consultants, helping them establish a solid foundation. I’ve also co-founded and led our regional competence area for project management, focusing on skills development through training initiatives.
Advice for aspiring engineering consultants?
Know the general direction you want to take but stay open to new challenges. Consulting exposes you to unexpected opportunities, so a flexible mindset is key.
By aligning your current assignments with long-term career goals, you build a strong foundation for the future—every project teaches valuable lessons, even if you don’t see it right away.
