How would you describe your role and what you do in your daily work at Knightec Group?
As an information designer with a background in mechanical and systems engineering, I help our teams and customers making complex information clear, visual, and meaningful.
My role is to translate technical knowledge into visuals and stories that create shared understanding and support better decisions.
I collaborate closely with engineers, designers, project managers, and customers to structure and communicate insights in a way that make sense to everyone involved and reinforces collaboration across disciplines.
How have you developed in your role since you started here?
Since 2008, my role has evolved from focusing mainly on technical documentation to now driving visual strategies that triggers collaboration and understanding in complex projects.
Over time, I’ve expanded my work to include visual storytelling, designing insights, and creating communication tools that connect people, data, and ideas across disciplines.
Working closely with different disciplines, from engineering, design, sales, and management has broadened my technical and creative perspective, and taught me how visual communication together with storytelling can be a catalyst for comprehension, emotional connection, faster decision-making, and an understanding that lasts.
I am very passionate about spreading this mindset across Knightec Group – turning information into a shared language that connects people and ideas.
What’s the best thing about working as a consultant in engineering?

I really enjoy stepping into complex and chaotic environments and helping teams make sense of information, creating clarity through visuals and narratives that supports better collaboration and smarter decisions.
