As an engineer at Volkswagen in Resende, I’ve been able to combine technical precision with measurable impact. Since joining in May 2025, I’ve led the organization and delivery of over 50 brake reports, boosting team performance and confidence.

Most memorable project
Leading the recovery and release of technical brake reports has been one of the most significant milestones in my journey. It wasn’t just a technical challenge, it tested my resilience, strategic thinking, and commitment to quality.
Beyond documentation, I personally oversee brake testing, ensuring that each report reflects real conditions on the track. This hands-on approach strengthens the accuracy and reliability of every deliverable.
Each report represents more than data; it stands for what can be achieved through dedication and excellence. I also carry a personal milestone close to my heart: I’m the first woman to graduate in Mechanical Engineering from UERJ in Resende, and the first woman to join Volkswagen’s brake testing team there. Being a pioneer isn’t just a title, it’s a responsibility to represent and to raise the bar for others to follow.
Advice for aspiring consultants in engineering
If you want to grow as an engineering consultant, here are the three principles that shaped my path:
- Lead with purpose: Don’t wait for instructions. Identify challenges, suggest solutions, and take initiative.
- Organization is power: Mastering processes and maintaining technical clarity transforms effort into excellence.
